All products that are not made to order can be returned for a refund minus any shipping and packaging costs, but must be returned within 14 days after the delivery date. All goods should be returned as received with all packaging in tact, not been fitted and any paper works included. If the goods are to be collected by Amber Kitchens then these costs will be chargable. A restocking charge of 20% will be applied

Any products that have been made to order or doors that have been drilled for hinges are non-returnable.

Please contact us before returning any items. Once we have received the returned goods. We will inspect the goods and refund accordingly.

Replacement Items: Items that are replaced due to damage, manufacturing faults, or any other reason, will be subject to normal delivery lead times as stated on the original Order Acceptance.

Faulty Goods: If the Purchaser finds fault or manufacturing defect with the items ordered within 24 months of delivery, those items will be replaced or repaired (depending on the Seller’s decision) without charge. However, all ordered items are subject to availability; in the event that an item has been discontinued, a substitute will be offered
